- 1/2 c. cooked white rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. dry nonfat milk
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 pkg. Equal
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Directions

1Bring rice and water to boil.

2Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Combine all other ingredients except cinnamon and nutmeg and add rice mixture.

4Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

5Bake 1 hour at 300°.
