Spinach Dip

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 3 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped uncooked spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

    Take a large, round loaf of pumpernickel bread and cut the center out; put the dip in the bread.

    Dip is also good with wheat crackers.
