  • 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; put in a casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart).

    Bake in a slow oven (300°), stirring occasionally until milk is absorbed (approximately 1 1/4 hours).
