- 5 T. uncooked rice
- 1 qt. milk
- 3 T. margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 t. vanilla
- Cinnamon
Directions

1Combine rice, milk and margarine and boil for 1 hour in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and stir into the hot mixture. Pour into an oven-safe dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes with the pan set in hot water. Stir once after 15 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
