- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cups lightly packed basil leaves
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 c olive oil
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Lightly toast pine nuts until golden brown, approx 3 min.

2In a food processor combine garlic & pine nuts, blend.

3add the basil, cheese and lemon juice, blend.

4While blending, slowly pour in oil. season with pepper.
