- 3 qt. homogenized milk
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1In a large 8-quart pan, put milk, rice and butter.

2Cook 50 to 55 minutes on medium heat, so that it boils slowly.

3Keep on stirring with a wire whisk.

4Beat 6 eggs, sugar and vanilla with whisk.

5Add to rice last 5 minutes and let them cook together. Put in a bowl or 9 x 12 x 3-inch pan.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

7Always keep it with a slow boil.
