- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine rice and milk; cook over low heat until rice is tender (approximately 40 minutes).

2Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.

3Spoon egg mixture slowly into rice mixture and return to heat.

4When it looks as if it will boil, remove and top with cinnamon.
