- 1 bag Bamboo shoots
- 1 tbsp Flavoring Ingredient: Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions

1Bring the bamboo shoots to a boil in water, fill up with fresh water and bring to a boil again to get rid of the chemical smell.

2Let them cool in the water, then drain in a colander.

3Stir-fry the bamboo shoots in sesame oil on high heat for 1 minute.

4Add the flavoring ingredients and continue stir-frying on medium heat.

5After 5 minutes, only the oil will remain.

6Cook for another 2 minutes.

7Done.

8Let sit for 5 minutes to let the flavors blend.

9When they are completely cooled they taste just like authentic seasoned bamboo shoots.
