  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In a 1 1/2-quart ungreased casserole, combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Place casserole in baking pan with about 1-inch hot water.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

    Serve warm or chilled, with cream, if desired.
