  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. rice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Simmer on top of the stove until rice is soft, adding extra milk as it cooks down.

    Put in baking dish and bake at 325°.

    Stir in the brown skin that forms 4 times.
