- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 thawed frozen whipped topping
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place cooked rice in medium saucepan.

2Add milk and sugar; stir.

3Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

4Reduce heat to medium; simmer until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Pour into medium bowl, stir in vanilla; cool.

7Fold in remaining ingredients just before serving.
