- 1 c. cooked long grain white rice
- 4 c. milk (must be whole milk)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put cooked rice, milk, sugar and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thick. Remove from stove. Add vanilla.

2Let cool.

3After cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
