- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine rice, water and salt.

2Turn burner on high until it starts to boil, then boil 10 minutes.

3Turn off burner and let stand 10 minutes.

4Before removing, cover, then add milk.

5Simmer on low heat until it starts to thicken, stirring often, then add egg, vanilla and sugar.

6Dot with butter and top with cinnamon.
