- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Combine cooked rice with milk, butter, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla and raisins. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

3Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4Cover baking dish with foil.

5Place on rack or metal trivet in slow cooking pot.

6Add 1 cup water to pot.

7Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
