- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- raisins (as desired)
Directions

1Cook rice and set aside.

2Mix together and add to egg, the flour and sugar.

3Add milk to egg, flour and sugar mixture.

4Add vanilla, melted butter or margarine and raisins.

5Mix all together and put in a greased baking dish.

6Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
