- 1 c. rice (makes 2 c. cooked rice)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- raisins, if desired
Directions

1Cook 1 cup of rice and set aside.

2Mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla or lemon flavoring and milk together.

3Add to rice.

4Cook to 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until brown.
