- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

1Cook 4 cups of water with the rice until the water cooks away. Then add 4 cups of

2milk and simmer until tender and milk is nearly all absorbed.

3Remove from fire; add 1 cup raisins, 2 cups sugar, vanilla, oleo and a little cinnamon.

4Stir well and pour into a large bowl.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon and chill.
