  • 45g of Butter,
  • 1/2 cup of Short Grain Rice,
  • 1/2 cup of Castor Sugar,
  • 1 1/4 cups of Cream,
  • 2 1/2 cups of Milk,
  • Nutmeg,
  • Jam, your desired amount,

Directions

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees, grease a 5cup oven proof dish, lightly with 1/3 of the butter, combine the rice, jam, and castor sugar in the prepared dish and stir in with cream and milk.

    Cut the remaining butter into tiny pieces and float them on the surface of the pudding, sprinkle the nutmeg over the top and bake for about 2 hours or until the top is light brown.
