- 1 cup Rice
- 2 cups Water
- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-7/8 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Corn Flour Dissolved In 2 Tablespoons Water (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

11. Rinse the rice 2-3 times and put it into a pot to boil with the water, then simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.

22. Add the sugar and stir well.

33. After 2 minutes, add the milk into the rice pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes longer.

44. Check the rice; if it is softened, add the corn flour dissolved it 2 tablespoons of water, and stir well.

55. Add the vanilla and the cinnamon.

66. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes longer until nice and creamy. It will thicken even more once cooled.
