  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-7/8 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Flour Dissolved In 2 Tablespoons Water (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

    1. Rinse the rice 2-3 times and put it into a pot to boil with the water, then simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.

    2. Add the sugar and stir well.

    3. After 2 minutes, add the milk into the rice pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes longer.

    4. Check the rice; if it is softened, add the corn flour dissolved it 2 tablespoons of water, and stir well.

    5. Add the vanilla and the cinnamon.

    6. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes longer until nice and creamy. It will thicken even more once cooled.
