- 3 12 cups whole milk (homo)
- 12 cup rice (not minute rice)
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 3 drops almond extract (optional)
- 12 cup raisins (optional)
Directions

1Bring milk and rice to a boil stirring constantly.

2Turn down to a simmer, cover and cook for approx 45 minute Stirring occasionally until milk absorbed.

3Remove from heat.

4Beat eggs and mix in sugar, vanilla, salt and almond extract.

5Slowly add egg mixture into rice.

6Add Raisins.

7Cover and let cool.

8Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with whipped cream.
