- 12 lb white rice (uncooked)
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 14 cup butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 gallon skim milk
Directions

1Wash rice; drain.

2Add all ingredients together in a large sauce pot; bring to a boil.

3Turn heat to low and cook until thickened (about an hour and a half to 2 hours) stirring often.

4Pour into large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

5Serve warm or chilled.
