- 1 cup white rice
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Place all ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish, stir until sugar is disolved.

3Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

4It will thicken as it cools -- best served warm, with ice cream!
