  • 6 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Place all ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish, stir until sugar is disolved.

    Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

    It will thicken as it cools -- best served warm, with ice cream!
