  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (6 ounce) jello instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (lrg box, not instant)
  • 1 cup dry Minute Rice
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

    Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in pan.

    Add rice and raisins.

    Stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil.

    Pour into serving bowls.
