- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. butter (oleo)
- 6 c. milk
- raisins (optional)
- sprinkle of nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Add butter, which has been melted in the pan you cook the pudding in.

3Add rice and milk. Mix well and add raisins and nutmeg.

4Pour mixture into baking dish.

5Cook at 350° for one hour or until thickened.
