- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook rice, water and salt from directions on rice package. Let stand a while.

2Heat milk.

3Beat eggs and sugar; add to hot milk.

4Bring to a boil.

5Lower heat and cook, while stirring, for 3 minutes.

6Cool for 10 minutes.

7Add vanilla.

8Pour into rice and stir.

9Pour on large platter.

10Sprinkle with cinnamon.
