- 6 oz. dry long-grain rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 oz. Gherkins, chopped
- 2 to 3 radishes, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil and vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Drain and cool. Collect all ingredients in a large bowl.

3Stir to mix, but avoid mashing.
