  • 6 oz. dry long-grain rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 oz. Gherkins, chopped
  • 2 to 3 radishes, chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil and vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    Drain and cool. Collect all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Stir to mix, but avoid mashing.
