  • 4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
  • 1 cup corn niblets
  • 4 tomatoes, chunked
  • 1 small English cucumber, chunked
  • 1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 4 green onions

    cook rice and cool.

    Chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice.

    Drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing.
