  • 1 c. sifted plain flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix ingredients thoroughly using blender, mixer or whisk. Pour into well-greased glass custard cups or greased and heated popover pans.

    Fill 2/3 full.

    Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 6 to 8 popovers.
