- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt/pepper
Directions

1Cook the peas in water with a little salt and sugar.

2Drain. Chop the celery, onion and green pepper very fine and grate the carrot.

3Slice mushrooms, if they're small, or chop them if they're larger.

4Combine all the ingredients and season well with salt and pepper.

5Serve with cold meat.
