  • 1 c. Rice, cooked
  • 1 c. Sour cream
  • 1 Can diced chilis
  • 1 c. Monteray Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Stir rice and sour cream together. Put half the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with diced chilis and Monteray Jack cheese. Add remaining rice and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°f. 180°c. gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
