  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. rice (cooked)

Directions

    Peel and season shrimp with salt and red and black pepper. Saute shrimp and onion in oil.

    Add rice and 2 beaten eggs.

    Fry as desired.

    Serves 1 or 2.
