- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sliced scallions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. dry white table wine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of white pepper
- 4 oz. uncooked, regular long grain rice
- 1/4 c. lite sour cream

5and saute over medium heat until mushrooms are just tender, 1 to 2 minutes.
