  • 1/4 lb. margarine stick
  • 1/2 bag (8 oz.) noodles
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet; add cooked noodles and rice until brown.

    Add rest of ingredients; simmer 5 minutes.

    Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, ungreased.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°, covered.
