Rice With Carrots

- 1/2 lb. rice (regular)
- 4 soup spoons cooking oil
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 little sprigs parsley
- 1 dark red chile pepper
- 1 can tuna
- 2 c. cooked chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Soak the rice in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse well. Fry in the oil for 5 minutes with the dark red chile pepper and the garlic.

2Add the finely chopped carrots and one whole washed carrot.

3Add the chicken broth and parsley; salt to taste.

4Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes at low heat.

5Put in a container with the other carrots and rest of the chile pepper.

6Mix in tuna.

7Enjoy yourself and lick your fingers happily.
