- 1 1/3 c. regular rice
- 2 2/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- ground cinnamon
Directions

1Heat rice, water and salt to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring once or twice.

2Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12 to 14 minutes.

3(Do not lift cover or stir.)

4Remove from heat.

5Fluff rice lightly with fork.

6Cover and let steam 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in margarine and powdered sugar.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon.
