  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15/16 cup medium grain rice
  • 6 pork sausages
  • 2 1/8 cups chicken broth

Directions

    Add the oil to a skillet and heat on low heat. Saute the onion, bell pepper, garlic for about 5 minutes.

    Add the diced sausage and saute for another 5 minutes.

    Add the rice and saute for about 5 minutes.

    Add the broth and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
