  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup rotel tomatoes

    In a skillet combine oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and rice.

    Brown rice on medium heat.

    Combine all other ingredients and turn to low and simmer 20 minutes.
