  • 1 cup of Rice
  • 1/4 cup of vermicelli
  • Butter
  • 2+ cups of boiling water
  • 1 tsp of salt

Directions

    In a bit of butter saute vermicelli until brown

    Add 2 cup of rice and mix until coated with butter

    add slowly 2+ cups of boiling water

    simmer for 16min

    turn the burner off, fluff the rice and cover for 4 more minutes
