- 1 c. butter, softened
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large bowl, blend butter and cream cheese.

2Beat in eggs and hot sauce until light and fluffy.

3Blend in cheese.

4Stir in flour and salt.

5Chill 30 minutes.

6On generously floured board, roll half of dough to 1/4-inch thickness.

7Cut with 1 3/4 to 2-inch cookie cutter.

8Repeat with remaining dough.

9Place puffs close together on 3 ungreased baking sheets.
