- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 1/4 c. unsifted flour
Directions

1Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine.

2Cool to lukewarm.

3Measure warm water into large warm bowl.

4Sprinkle yeast; stir until dissolved.

5Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour.

6Beat until smooth.

7Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.

8Turn out onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.

9Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.

10Cover; let rise in warm place, free from draft, until doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes.

11Punch down. Turn out on lightly floured board.

12Shape into rolls.
