- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. warm milk
- 4 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. shredded Velveeta
- 6 oz. shredded Cheddar
- 8 oz. elbow mac, cooked
- 1/2 c. half and half
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour.

2Cook low 3 minutes.

3Gradually add milk with whip.

4Cook until just boiling.

5Simmer 2 minutes.

6Add pepper and hot sauce.

7Add cream; simmer 1 minute.

8Add 3/4 cheese.

9Stir; heat over low until melted.

10Mix mac into cheese sauce.

11Pour in greased casserole dish.

12Top remaining cheese and bake.

13Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
