  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. warm milk
  • 4 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. shredded Velveeta
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • 8 oz. elbow mac, cooked
  • 1/2 c. half and half
