  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk

    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.

    Cut in butter until it is the size of small peas.

    Sprinkle with milk.

    Mix until it forms a ball.

    Roll out to fit a 9-inch pie pan.

    Add filling or bake the empty shell at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
