- 1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla

3In large saucepan, combine rice, cream, apricots, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
