- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water (lukewarm)
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Combine scalded milk, margarine, sugar and salt.

2Cool to lukewarm.

3Soften yeast in 1/3 cup lukewarm water.

4Stir and combine with cooled milk mixture.

61/2 flour and the beaten eggs; beat well.

7Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.

8Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead, about 10 minutes or until smooth and satiny.
