- 1 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage or 2 pkg. smoky links or ham
- chopped broccoli or cauliflower
- 3 c. milk
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1The night before, grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Layer bread, cheese and meat.

3Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the layered mixture.

4Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
