- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) yellow cake mix (the kind with pudding in it)
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 12 oz. container Cool Whip
- 2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

2Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

3In another bowl beat together until smooth the Ricotta cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Pour over the cake.

4Place in a 350° oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5Remove from oven and cool.

6Combine Cool Whip and almond extract; blend.

7Spread over cooled cake.
