  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip
  • pie filling or fresh fruit

Directions

    Prepare cake mix as directed and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Pour mixture over cake batter.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.

    Top with Cool Whip mixed with your favorite fruit or pie filling.
