- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 jumbo egg yolks (keep whites)
- 1/2 can milk
- 1/3 c. regular milk
Directions

1Mix ingredients except egg whites.

2Beat egg whites separately until stiff.

3Fold whites into mixture and pour in 9 x 13-inch glass cake dish.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes; check with knife to be sure it is done.
