Ricotta Cheese Cake

  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 jumbo egg yolks (keep whites)
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1/3 c. regular milk

Directions

    Mix ingredients except egg whites.

    Beat egg whites separately until stiff.

    Fold whites into mixture and pour in 9 x 13-inch glass cake dish.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes; check with knife to be sure it is done.
