- 300 grams Ricotta Cheese
- 100 grams White Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 300 grams Flour 00, Sifted
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder, Sifted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter, melted
- 200 grams Dark Chocolate Chips

11. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).

22. In a mixing bowl, work together the ricotta and the sugar.

33. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing lightly.
