- 2 cups sugar
- 12 lb butter
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups flour, sifted
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Cream well together sugar, butter or margarine, ricotta cheese, eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

2Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.

3Add to creamed mixture, mix well.

4Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on bottom (about 10 minutes).

6Cool.

7Frosting:.

8Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar and vanilla and mix well.

9Ice cookies with frosting.
